4 1/2 minute pieces, 1 1/2 rest between. The tempo is 1 minute at 70%, 1 at 80%, 1 at 70%, 1 at 80% and the last 30 seconds at 90%. This is for rythmn and technique...hard to do in a wierd ocean.
We did about 8 or 9 of these today.
