Hard Intervals

Philippe, Rich, Pat, De, Sean and Bruce today...flat water so hard workout with 2 x 4', 3x 3', 4 x 2', 5 x 1' and 6 x 30" 1 minute off between peices, 2 minutes between sets. Killer.
- Ooohh ~ I'm almost off the Mon/Wed work rotation. I am missing out on all the 'fun'!
