Hard intervals

Bruce from Ventura, Ed from LA, Sean from Malibu, Eva and I thrashed it out in the bay today. 2 x 5', 4 x 40". 3 x 3', 4 x 20", 4 x 2' and 5 x 1 minute.
Rest between 1' and more between sets. This one is hard if you go hard.
- Ja, thanks Pat for the workout ~ sorry you had to work, we know you'd much rather be doing that grueling workout than be at work.
