What a great paddle today to end the year. Noah, Eva, Pat, D, KC, Corry, Ryan and Jerry.....3 x3' at 85%, 4 x 4:30 at 70/80/70/80/100 and then 8 x 1' rest 30". A super group and a wonderful way to say goodbye to 2008. Happy New Year to everyone!!!
