Pat and De..shoulder good at 70-80%..90 and up not strong.
3 x 3' 70% rest 1
4 x 4:30...70/80/70/80/90% rest 1
and 8 x 1' 1 off 90-100 %
Pat used a big rope, cause I'm so slow..but it was a beautiful day.
