Since Phillip Bocarra has moved here (6 x Olympian and Friend) we are working out like crazy. Pat is getting pushed every work out and I am getting dropped of the wake in the first 30" of every piece. For sure it will make Patrick faster, but its just making me mad. I was getting comfortable on big Pats wash and he always was kind to let me sit there for at least half the work out. Now its blast off 13 km and over even if its a long piece, first piece or warm up. Today was 1 x5, 2 x4, 3 x3, 4 x 2, 5 x 1 and 6 x 30". Pat and Phillipe grinded the whole thing. I lasted to the 3 minutes pieces and sulked home with too much lactic acid to hold the paddle. Fun.
