Some good ones recently

We have had a few days of good training. Yesterday did 5 x 8' pieces with 2' rest in between. A good 80% pace.
Today we sprinted..10 x 1 on 1 off, 10 x 30" on 30" off and 10 x 15" on 30" off. Max efforts.
- De, I'm so glad to be at work so I can recover from the last few days of paddling with you and Pat! Great workouts!!!
