Doing some ins and outs getting ready for Lifeguard racing. Summer is here even if the sun isn't out.

do you have a link for info on the Lifeguard races?

San Clemente Ocean Festival is July 18&19;Then the USLA West Regionals are July 24-26 in Seal Beach, CA and LIfeguard Nationals Aug 6-8 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Might try the USLA web site for details.
