Today was our 8.5km time trial. We do this once in a while to gauge our speed endurance. My time was 43:29 average speed 11.8 km/hour. Not terrible. Rich went easy in the K1 and yelled at me the whole way. This was good cause my GPS battery went dead and I had to go hard without a speed in front of me...
