      <description>Dawid Mocke will be in Southern California for a few days before he travels to Surfski Champs.
He is offering the &quot;Going Downwind&quot; clinic on Sunday, August 15th at 4pm.  
This will consist of the following....
Basic principles:catching a wave, riding a wave, catching and riding swells, power up/down
Finding the swell: where to look, wind direction, swell direction, finish point
Linking the swells: where to go, keeping the rythmn and speed
common mistakes and how to fix them
This is a 2 hour clinic, Theory then paddling, be prepared to paddle 1.5 hours.
Upper Intermediate skill and above.</description>

      <description>Dawid and Nikki Mocke, winners of the World Cup South Africa. Matt Bowman second, Jasper Mocke third.  Fenn Skis top 5 out of 6 places, and first women. A new record for a surfski race with over 300 paddlers! 
Clint Robinson and Lauren Bartlett, winners of the Molokai Challenge..and Lauren in record time.  So AWESOME!.  Dean Gardner and Jerremy Cotter
2nd and 3rd. Fenn skis 3 out of top 5.  Looks like the ocean came out to play on both sides of the world.
