Thanks to everyone who came out yesterday. We had a great turn out. Its always great to see some new faces..and gals! Some super beginners paddling off in Mako Elites...some old pros buying XTs for the big stuff. I look forward to seeing some of you on the water soon.

Noah and Pat are going fast. Slight head wind and they still got a great time.

Pat and I decided to go in the ocean for a good long 20km. Its been a while for me so jump right in with a 20km double ski. Nice warm day and flat ocean....we cruised the first 10km then did ups every 3' for the 2nd half. I am [...]

Alone today. Did our "Willie" lap. 8.5 km at 80% effort. Had a terrific double a few days ago when the wind was pumping. about 30 mph and so great runs..but darn cold. We paddled 40' into the wind..the Elite double is magnificant upwind..then turned and surfed back to the [...]

10 km steady..on every minute up to 100% for 6 seconds. no stopping, great for fast twitch muscles

Pat got to paddle twice today. 2 x 5000 meters for negative splits and then double ski with our friend Jim from New York. He was stoked to go in and out through the surf for an hour or so. Love it!

Rich, KC, Eva, Ryan, Pat, Barry, Cliff and Rami (OC 1 , still recovering from shoulder surgery)... 2 x 7', 4 x 40", 6 x 2:30 and 4 x 4' in the ocean with varying tempos. Good one!

Super day down at Dana. Nice to see so many paddlers. Pat had to work and I had soccer, but managed to show a few skis and check out the race.

Pat, Eva, KC 200m sprints 100%

Pat, KC, Rich, Eva, Ryan...3x 2000m on course + 4km easy. Lots of European spint paddlers in town.

Pat got a chance to do a nice Hawaii Kai run. Winds were up, but the tide was going out...kinda sloppy, but warm and the worst day in Hawaii is better than the best day at home.

Took the kids to Hawaii while school is out this week. Pat had his first good downwind from Makai Pier to Hawaii Kai alone in 20 knots wind..whoo yooo.The kids and I saw him go by at Sandys beach. Swell was pretty good....Hayden and Reece got hammered in the shorebreak.

In a fitting tribute to dad, we took out the new Elite double on the coldest, rainest, wildest ocean day ever here. Out through the surf and Newport Pier..not big, but storm surf. Then paddled about 2 miles out to where dad could have seen us from his deck with [...]
