Demo Day and classes

Fantastic weekend with demos of 16 skis on Saturday and lots of new faces. Perfect weather for a great morning. Sunday another perfect day for paddling. I gave a clinic on technique and Patrick on rough water....no training but some paddling with smiles.

Hard to go alone and in the flats..but managed 2 x 1000m, 2 x 500m and 2 x 250m on our sprint course. All at 90% to Max with rest to recover. We need to do more of this.

Steve Woods from SA via Molokai and myself had a nice 13 km tour out the harbor , up and walk across. A few 1000m pieces along the way. Everyone knows the "Wedge" and wants to see it or surf it..so today, no swell or even a ripple out there....figures.
